Refund policy

Returns
Our policy is that all orders are non-refundable. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we want all of our customers to be happy so if you have a problem or issue with your product or purchase please contact us at customerservice@cherylwalsh.art. We have every desire to make you whole.

If there is a manufacturing error that we can not detect before delivering to you, for example in a Deck or set of Cards that we can not inspect before delivery, you must contact us in a reasonable amount of time from the ship date.  Therefore we must be contacted within 10 days of the shipping date within the continental US or 15 days for international orders.  If you fail to contact us within this timeline then we can not help resolve your issue.

Custom orders can not be changed or cancelled after the order is made. All prints are custom printed by the artist for each individual order.  If there is an issue with your order please contact us at customerservice@cherylwalsh.art within 8 hours to see if we can help resolve your issue.

Please include details and photographs if you are contacting us with any issues. We ship our items with tracking and shipping insurance so if there is damage caused during shipping you must contact the shipping company directly.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs if we approve a return or exchange.  We strongly suggest adding tracking and insurance when shipping items.
